Tax Benefits for Cala Azul Owners

All of Cala Azul's residences will comply with Nicaragua Law 306, providing homeowners with 10 years of property and income tax benefits in Nicaragua.  For these ten years, homeowners will be able to reside in their units up to 30% of the time.  When not owner-occupied, Cala Azul's hotel and property management operations will rent and maintain each unit which can generate income for the homeowners.

Investment Protection for Cala Azul Owners

The property at Cala Azul Village Resort is insured by First American Title Company.  Owner of individual residences at Cala Azul may obtain a separate title insurance policy for their residence.
