This 2-story home is built into the slope with a reverse living layout. The main entry, great room with living room, dining, kitchen and ½ bath are all on the upper level with 2 large decks using the same tile extending the inside living area with the undercover outdoor deck space, where large wide opening sliding doors connect the two. 

The house is fully tiled and furnished to American standard with furniture and appliances, including washer and dryer. There is a battery backup system that provides up to 3 days of continuous power in cases where the electricity goes out. Inside, the stairway leads to the lower level where there are two bedrooms each with a spacious full bath with double sinks, as well as private glass double doors to the outside letting the natural daylight in to fill the rooms. 

The Master suit with king size bed has two glass double doors that open to the pool deck providing incredible views of the outside, facing the morning sun to gently wake you. 

The Master bath is beautifully tiled, with a spacious two head shower that includes an operable window that lets the light and breeze in. There is a lock out closet and a third etched glass door from the master bath to the private outdoor shower leading to the pool area.
